Understanding Storage Usage
How Digipal storage usage is calculated, where to check it on the dashboard, and what to do when you are running low on space.
Overview
Digipal stores media and other supported content in your account's content library.
The Dashboard shows how much of your available storage is currently being used.
Where to Find Storage Usage
Open Dashboard and locate the Storage Used card.

Understanding the Numbers
You may see something similar to:
1% Storage Used
752 MB / 94 GB
The first number shows your current storage usage.
The second shows your total available storage.
Managing Storage
If your storage usage becomes high, review My Content for media you no longer require.
Videos generally require more storage than individual images.
Be careful when deleting content because it may still be used in playlists or on screens.
Tips
Regularly remove old campaigns and unused media from your content library.
Use clear folder names in My Content to make older content easier to identify.
