Pair Your First Screen
Pair your display with your Digipal account by entering the on-screen pairing code in the dashboard and naming your screen.
Overview
Pairing connects the Digipal player on your display to your Digipal account.
Once paired, the display appears under My Screens and can be managed remotely.

Before You Start
Make sure:
- the Digipal player is open;
- the device has internet access;
- the 6-character pairing code is visible;
- you are signed in to your Digipal account.
1. Open Pair Screen
Open My Screens.
Select Pair Screen.
Open My Screens and select Pair Screen to begin pairing a display
2. Enter the Pairing Code
Enter the code shown on your display.
Enter the six-character pairing code shown by the Digipal Player
3. Name Your Screen
Enter a meaningful screen name.
Although Screen Name is optional, naming your screen now makes it easier to manage later.
Give the display a meaningful name so it is easy to identify later

4. Choose Your Subscription
Choose the appropriate subscription option.
If your account has an available license, you may also be able to use an existing license.
Choose an existing license or select a subscription plan for the display

5. Complete Pairing
Select Pair Screen.
Select Pair Screen to finish connecting the display
If payment is required, Digipal may redirect you to complete the subscription process.
Complete the subscription payment after pairing when a new license is required
6. Confirm the Screen Is Online
After pairing, return to My Screens.
Your screen should appear in the screen list.
Once it establishes an active connection, its status displays as:
Online
