Browse & Select Content for a Screen
Browse your content library from a screen's Choose Content dialog and select exactly what should play on that display.
Overview
The Select Content window lets you visually browse your content library before assigning something to a screen.
Open the Content Browser
Select the folder icon beside Assigned Content.

Search
Use:
Search by name or type...
to find content quickly.
Browse Folders
Use the folders on the left side of the window to narrow what you see.
Examples:
- All Content
- Images
- Cafe
- Widgets
Understand Content Types
Cards can display labels such as:
- Image
- Video
- Design
- Kiosk
- Directory
These labels identify the type of content.
Select Content
Option 1 — Select then confirm
Click an item once.
Then select:
Use this content
Option 2 — Assign immediately
Double-click an item to select and assign it immediately.
The browser provides this reminder:
Click to select · Double-click to select & assign immediately
Tips
Use the visual browser when you recognize content by thumbnail more easily than by name.
Use folders to keep large content libraries organized.
