Filter and sort your screen list by status, group, or name to focus on the displays that need attention.

Filters help you narrow a large screen network to exactly the displays you need.
Open Filters
Select Filters from My Screens.

Filter screens by:
- All
- Digital Signage
- Kiosk
- Wayfinding
Status
Filter screens by:
- All
- Online
- Offline
Example
A retail manager responsible for 60 displays can select:
Status → Offline
to immediately see only screens that may require attention.
What's Playing
Filter based on:
- Content
- Playlist
- Schedule
This can help you locate screens associated with a specific campaign.
Example
A hotel wants to find screens currently using:
Summer Spa Promotion
Use the What's Playing filters to narrow the results.
Group
Limit the screen list to a particular group.
Example:
Toronto Locations
Sort By
Use Sort By to change how screens are ordered.
One available option is:
Date Added — oldest first
Add complete sorting option list once finalized
