Pair a New Screen
Connect a new display to your Digipal account by launching the player and entering its pairing code in the dashboard.
Overview
Pairing connects a Digipal player to your account so you can manage the display remotely.

Before You Start
Make sure:
- the Digipal player is installed;
- the player device has internet access;
- Digipal is open on the display;
- the pairing code is visible.
1. Open Pair Screen
Open My Screens.
Select Pair Screen in the upper-right corner.

2. Enter the Pairing Code
The Pair a Screen window opens.
Enter the 6-character code shown by the Digipal player on your display.

3. Name Your Screen
Enter a Screen Name.
This is optional, but strongly recommended.
Good examples
For a hotel:
Lobby Welcome Display
For a restaurant:
Front Counter Menu
For an office:
Main Reception
4. Select a Subscription
Choose the subscription option you want to use with the screen.
If your account already has an available license, you may also have the option to use it.

5. Complete Pairing
Select Pair Screen.
If payment is required for a new subscription, Digipal may redirect you to complete payment.
Once pairing is completed, the screen appears under My Screens.
Tips
Give every screen a meaningful name before your network grows.
Names based on location + purpose work particularly well.
Example:
Lobby – Welcome Screen
Restaurant – Menu Board 1
Troubleshooting
I don't see a pairing code
Confirm that the Digipal player has fully loaded.
The code doesn't work
Check that all six characters have been entered correctly.
The screen doesn't appear after pairing
Allow a moment for the screen to connect, then refresh My Screens.
