Send Content to Multiple Screens
Send the same content or playlist to many screens in one step using multi-select in My Screens.
Overview
You can assign the same default content to several screens at once.
Select Your Screens
- Open My Screens.
- Select Select.
- Choose the screens you want to update.
Assign Content
Select Assign content from the bulk toolbar.

Example
A retail chain has eight entrance displays.
The new:
Back-to-School Promotion
should appear at every location.
Instead of updating each screen separately, select all eight screens and assign the promotion once.
Important Notes
The bulk assignment changes the screens' normal/default Assigned Content.
Schedules, Broadcasts, Smart Triggers, and other overrides can still temporarily control what is actually playing.
