Install the Digipal Player

Overview

The Digipal Player is the application that runs on the device connected to your display.

It receives instructions and content from your Digipal account and presents that content on the screen.

What the Player Does

The player connects your physical display to the Digipal platform.

Once paired, it can receive:

• assigned content;
• playlists;
• schedules;
• supported overrides;
• other available Digipal instructions.

Before You Install

You will need:

• a compatible player device;
• a display;
• internet access;
• your Digipal account.

For example:

• Android / Android TV;
• Amazon Fire TV;
• Windows;
• other supported systems.

Do not publish individual platform instructions until the installation process for each one is confirmed.

Open the Player

After installation, launch the Digipal player on your device.

The initial player screen will display a pairing code.

Find the Pairing Code

Look for the 6-character pairing code displayed by the player.
