Welcome to Digipal Signage
Learn what Digipal digital signage can do, the main areas of the platform, and the basic workflow for getting your first screen live.
Overview
Welcome to Digipal Signage.
Digipal helps you manage digital content across one screen or an entire network of displays from one place.
You can use Digipal to upload or create content, organize it into playlists, choose what appears on each screen, schedule content for specific times, and manage displays remotely.
For example, a restaurant can use Digipal to manage:
- digital menu boards;
- promotional displays;
- pickup-area screens;
- dining-room televisions.
A hotel might use Digipal for:
- lobby welcome screens;
- meeting-room displays;
- breakfast promotions;
- spa advertisements;
- event information.
A business with multiple locations can manage all of those screens from the same Digipal account.

The Basic Workflow
Most everyday digital signage workflows follow this pattern:
1. Connect a Screen
Install the Digipal player on a supported device and pair it with your account.
2. Add Content
Upload or create something you want to display.
3. Choose What the Screen Plays
Assign an individual content item or a playlist to your screen.
4. Digipal Displays It
Once the player receives the assignment, your content can begin playing on the display.
Install Player → Pair Screen → Add Content → Assign Content → Content Plays
Before You Begin
For your first screen, you will generally need:
- a TV or compatible display;
- a supported device capable of running the Digipal player;
- an internet connection;
- access to your Digipal account;
- content you want to display.
If you do not yet have your own media ready, you can still set up the screen first and add content afterward.
